Your rental package depends on the vehicle and booking selected. Generally, the rental includes the vehicle for the agreed rental period and standard rental conditions. Additional services such as child seats, additional drivers, airport services or other extras may incur additional charges.

Insurance coverage and excess conditions depend on the rental agreement and vehicle. We recommend reviewing the insurance terms, excess amount and exclusions before collecting your vehicle.

Yes. Global Rentals Fiji can arrange convenient vehicle collection and delivery options for customers arriving at Nadi International Airport, subject to the booking and applicable arrangements.

Yes. Vehicle delivery and collection can be arranged at selected hotels in Nadi. Additional charges may apply depending on the location.

Additional drivers may be permitted subject to our rental terms. All additional drivers must meet the required licence and age requirements and may need to be registered on the rental agreement.

Vehicles are generally provided with an agreed fuel level and should be returned with the same fuel level unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement. A fee of $30.00 plus the refuelling charge will be billed if the renter fails to do so.

The renter is generally responsible for traffic fines, parking fines and other penalties incurred during the rental period, in accordance with the rental agreement. Traffic infringements will incur Fine + $50.00 administration fee per notice.

The vehicle should be returned in a reasonably clean condition, similar to the condition in which it was provided.

The transportation or loading of seafood, fish, wet items, or other items that may cause strong odours, stains or excessive mess may result in additional heavy cleaning charges.

Our rental vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the vehicle may also result in additional cleaning and deodorising charges.
